Originally a city girl,I relocated to rural worcestershire in 2013 to be with my now husband, who is from a farming family. I have 20 plus years of management experience & have spent the last 10 plus years running a variety of businesses in the rural environment. I have a life times experience in managing mental health & am now a wellbeing coach specialising in workplace wellbeing through simple practices.
I am a whirlwind of energy & enthusiasm. I have 2 young children & we are never happier as a family than bobbing around in our motorhome with our 3 dogs, always happiest by the sea!

I have been in rural business for 20 years and am a former university professor. I am a passionate educator, speaker and advocate for women’s wellbeing running my own wellbeing training, festival, events spa business and holiday accommodation alongside working for colleges and universities across the UK. I am an independent mum of two energetic girls and promotes positive women and girls participation in sport. In my spare time i enjoy being an active member of girlguiding, playing cricket, shooting, watersports and supporting my daughters’ participation in the local young farmers club.
